Job summary

Life Time in Rockville, MD is seeking a Kids Supervisor to oversee engaging activities for children from 3 months to 11 years within the Academy and classes. You will guide play, storytelling, crafts and games while ensuring a safe and healthy environment and excellent member engagement.

Responsibilities include greeting members, promoting Life Time Kids programs, maintaining documentation, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• First Aid, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all state or federal requirements prior to first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for all, including toys and equipment.
• Maintain operational documentation, audits, and cleaning checklists.
• Promote Life Time Kids programs, products and services.
• Provide feedback and coaching through team evaluations.
