Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an IT Technical Support Analyst for a full-time, on-site role. You will triage and resolve incoming technical support cases, providing weekend hotline coverage and ensuring service continuity across hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technology-related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• On-site in Irving, TX for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend hotline coverage (Wed-Sun, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) as primary contact for incoming technical support cases.
• Handle password resets, system access allocations, and data conversions in day-to-day case management.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve complex issues across hardware and software.
• Review logs and datasets to support issue diagnosis.
• Collaborate with team members via Teams and in person to resolve complex cases.
