Job summary

Castelion is seeking an Inventory Lead to direct weekend inventory and material-flow activities supporting manufacturing operations. You will prioritize shift work, guide Inventory Specialists, and ensure accurate transactions and traceability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, with coordination across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet production goals and minimize shortages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related manufacturing.
• Experience leading warehouse or inventory personnel.
• Experience using ERP, MES, or inventory-control systems.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend inventory and material-handling activities for the shift.
• Assign work, establish priorities, and adjust staffing to Production needs.
• Serve as weekend point of contact for materials issues.
• Pick, organize, stage, and move raw materials and related items.
• Pick and prepare kits for work orders with accurate material counts.
• Maintain ERP/MES transactions and inventory records for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support safety, 5S, and continuous-improvement efforts.
