Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking an Inventory Lead for the weekend shift in Torrance, CA. You will lead daily inventory and material-handling activities, coordinate work priorities, and ensure accurate inventory records while supporting production schedules.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with experience in warehouse operations and ERP/MES systems. This role emphasizes safety and 5S practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily weekend inventory and material handling.
• Assign work, establish priorities, adjust staffing based on production needs.
• Serve as primary weekend contact for inventory/issues.
• Move raw materials, components, and tooling on the weekend shift.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material traceability.
• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, shipping, and supply chain.
