Job summary

Utz in Hanover, PA is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for the Weekend Day shift on the Hanover Logistics Team at the Kindig Lane facility. This role supports accurate records and timely product location.

You will conduct cycle counts, verify SKUs, and assist with audits while working independently in a collaborative team. Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control or warehousing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation.
• Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and verify SKUs and locations.
• Research discrepancies and document variances.
• Assist with unloading trailers and route incoming product.
• Review SKUs, quantities, quality and dates for standards.
• Sort product into damaged, stale/out-of-code, outlet/short-code, and good stock.
• Audit damage sheets weekly and document adjustments.
• Run Open RMA reports in D365 and share with managers.
• Audit trailers, TRACK locations, and RAF locations weekly.
• Investigate inventory variances with leadership.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system movements.
• Promote teamwork and accountability in inventory.
• Complete special projects as requested.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report concerns.
