Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Supervisor for the weekend shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.). You will lead a team to maintain inventory accuracy using WMS, RF scanners, and ERP systems, drive cycle counts, and manage SKU relocations.

You’ll coordinate staffing, assist with payroll approvals, and push improvements while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive, data-driven approach to inventory

Qualifications

• Inventory control and warehouse operations experience.
• Experience with WMS, RF scan guns and ERP systems.
• Leadership experience with team supervision and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day inventory operations and supervise the team.
• Manage cycle counts, physical inventory, adjustments and SKU relocation using WMS and RF scanning.
• Develop shift schedules and serve as back-up to Manager.
• Drive inventory and picking accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Participate in payroll approval and performance reviews.
