The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Intake RN for weekend days to manage admissions, screenings, and insurance verification. You will collaborate with medical and psychiatric staff to ensure timely admissions.

The role offers base pay of $45–50 per hour, full-time weekend schedule (7am–7pm), and benefits including tuition assistance and continuing education, plus medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• One+ year experience in mental health admissions preferred.
• Experience in clinical interviewing, patient assessment, referral and treatment planning.
• Experience in the managed care pre-certification process and level of care assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admissions and assessment processes for incoming patients.
• Collaborates with facility medical/psychiatric staff to ensure appropriate admissions.
• Reviews insurance verifications and coordinates with treatment teams.
• Administers medications under physician supervision as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports call center duties during high volume.
