Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an Intake RN to handle admissions, initial evaluations, and coordination with clinical teams. You will document patient needs and facilitate the admissions process, including coordinating with insurance and external parties as needed.

The role requires an active RN license in Virginia and CPR/de-escalation certifications. On-site position with responsibilities that span medical intake, documentation, and collaboration with nursing

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admissions and assessment processes for incoming patients.
• Provides initial evaluation and initiates integrated assessment.
• Documents patient symptoms, functioning and needs.
• Coordinates with treatment teams to determine level of care.
• May administer medications under psychiatrist supervision.
