Job summary

KI is seeking a full-time Plastics Process Specialist for our Green Bay facility. Weekend Workforce A shift offers a $3.00/hour premium; a $1.00/hour raise is provided within the first year. The role involves set-up and operation of injection molding machines, coaching operators, and reporting on shift performance.

Typical duties include mold/changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining shift records. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and be a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (physical requirement).
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Repair or assist with minor machine and mold maintenance.
• Troubleshoot problems and complete mold changeovers.
• Set up injection molding machines and manage daily shift schedule.
• Direct operators on daily schedules and machine rotations.
• Provide updates to Lean Process Manager on department performance.
• Complete daily shift reports and participate in 6s activities.
