Job summary

KI is seeking a full-time Plastics Technician for the Green Bay facility on a Weekend Workforce B shift. The role includes operating injection molding machines, assembling chairs, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. A $2.00/hour shift premium applies, with a $1.00/hour raise within the first year.

Weekend hours are 10am–10pm Saturday/Sunday, plus one 8-hour weekday shift. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate basic manufacturing equipment and follow procedures.

Weekend Workforce B shift individuals receive an hourly shift differential of $2.00. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment. Job Duties

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm

Shift

• This is a Weekend Workforce B shift position
• Hours are 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday; then one 8 hour shift during the week. Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.
• Shift premium of $2.00/hour
• Overtime during busy season
