Job summary

Indiana Carton Company is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician for the Weekend Shift (Friday – Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) in Bremen, Indiana. The role focuses on maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of high-speed production machinery, with strong mechanical and entry-level electrical skills and a commitment to safety.

You will work independently on weekends, perform preventive maintenance, support equipment upgrades, and collaborate with the Facilities Superintendent to keep operations

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance and repair.
• Experience with high-speed production machinery.
• Die-cutters, folder/gluers, flexo and offset printing presses experience.
• Weekend shift with limited supervision.
• OSHA and GMPs knowledge and safety protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office and CMMS (FIIX).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production machinery, including mechanical and electrical systems, with minimal supervision.
• Work independently on the weekend shift, ensuring equipment is ready for continuous production.
• Assist with large-scale repair projects, equipment upgrades, and installations in coordination with Facilities Superintendent.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Superintendent and team to support maintenance initiatives.
