Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Able to read/read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimise downtime.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Develop and maintain strong communication lines between Maintenance, Production, Engineering and Management.
• Assist with optimization of equipment efficiency.
• Support set-up/installation of new equipment.
• Record maintenance work orders in CMMS system.
• Improve and maintain documented maintenance program in accordance with ISO guidelines.
• Perform projects as needed.
• Perform production set-ups as needed.
• Submit purchase orders as needed.
