Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is hiring experienced Industrial/Machine Maintenance Technicians for both day and night shifts at a Milton, FL cable manufacturing facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and documentation to keep production lines running smoothly.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred, and 2+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

Must read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
Strong troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, CNC machines, and automation.
Ability to use power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Inspect and test machinery to identify potential issues before failures.
Lubricate, clean, and calibrate machines to maintain proper functioning.
Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Repair or replace faulty parts and systems; work with electrical circuits, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
