Key Responsibilities
Perform and document preventive maintenance, routine, and emergency repairs to support production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and effective communication with management and peers.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including CNC machines (Okuma MA600HB/Makino a61nx‑a81nx), assembly line equipment, automated assembly/test equipment, and general facility infrastructure.
Operate fabrication tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses for part repair and modification.
Manage industrial waste by ensuring proper handling and disposal of hazardous and universal waste in compliance with regulations.
Read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics and equipment manuals.
Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency while working independently.
Additional Responsibilities
Suggest improvements to equipment and manufacturing processes to improve uptime, reliability, and safety.
Assist the engineering team on special projects.
