Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot a range of manufacturing equipment.

You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Weekend shift hours and overtime may be required. Experience with AccuPress, Kinetic, or Alltra machinery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification or associate's degree in industrial maintenance, or 2+ years in heavy industrial maintenance.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools and test equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Identify causes of maintenance problems in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot operating issues and consult schematics; order parts as needed.
• Assist with installation and repair of electrical systems on industrial machinery following specs.
• Follow safety rules and participate in safety initiatives.
• May participate in safety committees or initiatives.
