Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is recruiting an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Fort Worth, TX to join our maintenance team. You will perform timely repairs, assemble parts, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime across our production lines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in industrial maintenance, can read blueprints, bring basic tools, and carry LOTO locks and a radio.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or related field.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Own basic mechanic tools and carry LOTO locks and radio.
Welding - Arc and Mig.
Plumbing.
Strong safety record and adherence to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Ability to work in controlled and uncontrolled temperature environments, including around ovens and furnaces.

Responsibilities

Perform timely repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime
Assemble parts and machinery components efficiently
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Assist in preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
Complete work orders, logs, and maintenance documentation accurately
