CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead weekend shift operations and mentor a high-performing team. You will guide investigations for Fortune 100 clients, coordinate onboarding, scoping, and staffing, and communicate findings to executives and legal counsel.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management in cybersecurity consulting or incident response.
• Hands-on incident response experience with forensic analysis capabilities.
• Experience leading complex incident investigations and guiding technical teams.
• Ability to mentor consultants and provide performance feedback.
• Strong project management to balance staffing and client expectations.
• Ability to convey technical findings clearly to executives and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight across incident response engagements and perform hands-on analysis when needed.
• Lead client onboarding, triage, and scoping to define deliverables and resource needs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop investigative strategies and apply threat hunting across data sources.
• Recruit and mentor consultants, supporting career progression and feedback.
• Produce high-quality reports and presentations for customers, regulators and counsel.
• Contribute thought leadership via blogs, webinars and public speaking.
