Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead a weekend shift team on a 4x10 Fri-Mon schedule and oversee high-stakes investigations for Fortune 100 clients.

You will mentor consultants, develop IR strategies, and guide executives through complex security incidents. The role requires deep IR experience, leadership capability, and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management in cybersecurity consulting or IR setting.
• Hands-on incident response experience with forensic analysis.
• Experience leading complex IR investigations and guiding technical teams.
• Ability to mentor consultants and provide ongoing feedback.
• Strong project management to balance staff and client priorities.
• Strong communication of complex findings to executives and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across IR engagements, guiding strategies and ensuring delivery quality.
• Lead client onboarding, triage, scoping, and staffing for engagements.
• Communicate findings and actions to executives and stakeholders.
• Develop and apply threat hunting approaches across data sources.
• Oversee investigations with outside counsel and prepare defensible findings.
• Mentor and develop consultants in forensics, analysis, and client engagement.
• Offer strategic remediation recommendations to mature client security postures.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal reports for management, regulators, and legal counsel.
• Contribute thought leadership through blogs, webinars, and public speaking.
