Key duties include scheduling, data tracking, problem solving with EHS resources, and mentoring team leads. Anticipated pay range is $67K–$124K per year, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's in Business/Management.
• Ability to work legally in the United States and obtain export-controlled access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team leaders and production workers to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Record data and monitor production performance; adjust processes as needed.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues; ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Provide training and mentorship; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with EHS resources and other departments to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain production records and contribute to performance metrics.
