Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Hampton, VA is seeking a Team Leader for the Wax IG T weekend shift. You will coordinate daily production activities, lead a crew, ensure safety and quality, and support scheduling and training tasks.

The role offers a defined pay range of $50,000 to $70,000 per year, with compensation based on experience, education, and certifications. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Export-controlled data access requires ability to obtain clearance.
• Preferred: Associate degree from two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift activities to meet production schedules.
• Lead team relations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Communicate goals and updates to peers and supervisors.
• Assist scheduling, training, and process improvements.
• Maintain adherence to work instructions and TPM practices.
• Support continuous improvement and equipment maintenance.
