Job summary

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of a High School diploma/G.E.D.
• One year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Three years’ manufacturing experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in manufacturing excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of team leaders and workers in production.
• Establish and coordinate departmental activities to meet objectives and plant goals.
• Record data and inspect castings/products for conformance to specifications.
• Train employees, enforce safety, and ensure compliance with EHS responsibilities.
• Quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow improvements.
• Maintain production records and coordinate inter-department activities.
