Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is hiring Weekend Production Assemblers in Verona, VA to join our team. You will assist in all facets of assembling HVAC heat exchangers, with training on first shift Monday-Thursday.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, plus a $3.00 per hour weekend shift differential. Weekend schedule runs Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm, training schedule on 1st shift, Monday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical prints and schematics.
• Experience with assembly of HVAC components preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other written, electronic or verbal instructions.
• Work with a variety of raw and synthetic materials, processes, safety and quality assurance.
• Operate various tools and equipment to assemble, paint, braze, test, handle, manipulate and move components, assemblies and final product.
• Use measuring and testing devices as well as visual inspection to ensure quality of product and conformity of prints, work instructions and standards.
• Maintain required miscellaneous records.
