Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. in Verona, VA is hiring for 3rd Shift Production Assemblers to join our HVAC heat exchanger manufacturing team. Starting pay is $24.00-$28.00 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour 3rd Shift differential, reflecting experience and qualifications.

The 3rd shift runs Monday through Thursday, 7:30pm–6am, at 45 Sutton Road, Verona. Responsibilities include reading prints, assembling components, testing and quality checks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Power industrial Truck license required.
• Ability to wear PPE and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Comfort working in a 3rd shift, industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other instructions.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble, paint, braze, test, and move components and final product.
• Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality and conformance to prints and standards.
• Maintain required records.
