Job summary

Wieland Provides, Inc. is hiring 3rd Shift Production Assemblers to join the Verona, VA team. The role focuses on assembling HVAC heat exchangers, reading prints, and following process instructions to ensure quality and efficiency on the production line.

The position offers a starting pay of $24.00–$28.00 per hour with a $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential. Training begins on the 3rd shift, Monday through Thursday, with potential for growth and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical prints, schematics, BOMs, routing sheets, and instructions.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, and move components and final product.
• Perform visual inspection and use measuring devices to ensure conformance to drawings.
