Job summary

Wieland is hiring Weekday Production Assemblers for a Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm shift at our Verona, VA facility. Starting pay ranges from $24 to $28 per hour, with adjustments based on experience and qualifications.

Join a team dedicated to producing HVAC heat exchangers and supporting a global manufacturing network. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in an industrial setting and a valid Power Industrial Truck license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Power industrial Truck license and use is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Experience with PPE and safety protocols.
• Ability to read text and understand instructions.
• Mechanical knowledge of machines and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, understand and work from mechanical prints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and other instructions.
• Operate various tools and equipment to assemble, test, and move components and final product.
• Inspect using measuring devices and visual checks to ensure quality.
• Maintain required records.
