Job summary

Wieland Provides, Inc. in Verona, VA is hiring for 3rd Shift Production Assemblers to join our team, performing assembly of HVAC heat exchangers and related components.

Starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour 3rd shift differential and a Monday–Thursday, 7:30pm–6am schedule. 2+ years of industrial experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Power Industrial Truck license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical prints, schematics, and routing sheets.
• Use measuring devices to verify product conformity and quality.
• Apply safety and quality assurance throughout assembly processes.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge of tools and machines and maintenance.
• Capable of working in a demanding industrial environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and work from mechanical prints and BOMs.
• Operate tools and equipment to assemble, test, and handle components.
• Inspect products using measuring devices and visual checks for quality.
• Maintain required records and documentation related to production.
