Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or four years of human services experience.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• ServSAFE food certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth running of residential programs and support housing goals.
• Maintain databases and prepare routine correspondence.
• Provide customer service to clients and assist with program management.
• Complete housing applications and track HUD outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure building security and confidentiality.
