Job summary

Bethlehem Haven is seeking a part-time Housing Stabilization Coordinator in Pittsburgh to support housing and income efforts for shelter and permanent housing clients. The role emphasizes administrative management, data entry, and client service within a Housing First framework.

You will handle housing applications, maintain paperwork, coordinate with staff, and assist with program goals while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or four years of human services experience.
• Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
• ServSAFE food certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of residential programs and support housing and income efforts for shelter and permanent housing clients.
• Maintain databases and prepare routine correspondence; provide customer service to clients.
• Complete housing applications and assist clients through paperwork; track progress to meet HUD outcomes.
• Post housing job opportunities and keep job boards current.
• Ensure building security and confidentiality; attend staff meetings and trainings.
