Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPO and appliance repair certifications are desirable or can be obtained on property needs.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair of hotel property, grounds, and equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance and asset protection aligned with SOPs.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly, high-service manner.
• Assist Chief Engineer with inspections, routine tasks and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and hotel safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, using proper PPE and following regulations.
• Plan and prioritize duties per Chief Engineer guidance, attend required meetings.
