Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor - Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. This part-time weekend position supervises and coordinates security services on a shift, acting as liaison between site staff and account management to ensure high-quality protection for the client.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or five years of experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Driving Positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
