Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an on-site Administrative Liaison with clinical leadership experience. The role supports department heads, coordinates staffing, and participates in disaster-response planning to ensure uninterrupted patient care across the facility.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN with a Wisconsin license, ACLS certification preferred, and at least one year of charge nurse experience. MSN-equivalent is a plus, and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with active Wisconsin license.
• BSN within 5 years of hire.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates competency in assessment, treatment range, growth and development, and communication appropriate to patient age.
• Confers with the Administrator-On-Call on administrative concerns.
• Acts as operational resource in decision making during crises affecting patient care or plant operations.
• Functions as Incident Commander for disaster-type events and supports senior administration in event management.
• Coordinates staffing and resource needs across departments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Liaises with departments across the Network to interpret policies and provide resources.
• Assists with equipment/supplies coordination between facilities.
• Maintains adherence to chain of command for work problems.
• Ensures real-time interventions for risk events and follows up with necessary reports.
• Participates in internal alerts (Rapid Response, Code Blue, etc.) and ongoing professional development.
