Four Seasons Hospice is seeking an RN Support in Buncombe County, NC. This role handles 2–4 admissions daily and may include patient visits, providing direct nursing care while integrating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Eligible for NC RN licensure and active license.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–4 admissions daily depending on shift and patient complexity.
• May perform patient visits and direct nursing care as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs.
• Record and report nursing assessments and plans of care.
• Provide teaching and counseling on health and care plans.
• Collaborate with other health care providers on patient-centered plans.
• Ensure safe and effective nursing care and adherence to protocols.
