Job summary

PruittHealth Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend on-call hospice coverage, providing in-home or facility-based care Friday–Sunday, 4:30 PM–8:30 AM. The role focuses on patient-centered evaluations, plan adherence, and comprehensive charting, with support for the patient’s comfort and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds current RN licensure in the practicing state, with commitment to compassionate, high-quality hospice care and teamwork within the care community.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a hospice setting
