Job summary

AccentCare is hiring an After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend coverage in Mississippi. Full-time, on-site position requiring active MS RN license and ADN preferred. Role emphasizes on-call visits, care coordination, and support for patients and families in hospice settings.

The schedule includes on-call rotations with visits, plus collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care across Hinds, Madison, Rankin counties and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in the applicable state with an active license
• Associate degree in Nursing preferred
• CPR certification recommended
• Experience in hospice, home health, medical-surgical, geriatrics or pediatrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments with patients and families.
• Coordinate care plans with IDG and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate on-call duties, visits, and care transitions as directed.
