You will coordinate and manage patient care after regular business hours, assess clinical needs, provide skilled nursing interventions, and communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care and uphold comfort,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Mississippi.
• Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
