Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers with 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience. This position offers weekend home time for 48 hours, no-touch dry van, and weekly average earnings of $1,620–$2,020. Pay includes $.67–$.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Benefits begin after 60 days of employment and include medical, dental, life insurance, PTR, 401(k) matching, and more. Trucks are modern Freightliner/Kenworth with added amenities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with two of those months in Winter Conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb).
• Maximum of 3 CMV moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year, with no serious violations in the last three years.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last two years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
