Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers for Midwest Regional runs with weekend home time and no-touch dry van freight. Drivers with 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or regional experience can expect consistent weekly earnings and solid benefits after a 60-day waiting period.

Earn $1,620–$2,020 per week, with a $0.67–$0.71 CPM, plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Trucks are modern Freightliner/Kenworth, with comprehensive benefits and rider options starting month two.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Two of those months must be in Winter Conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb).
• No more than 3 CMV moving violations in the last 3 years; no more than 2 in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer; no-touch dry van freight.
• Maintain weekend home time (48 hours) and Midwest-Regional schedule.
