Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers with at least 8 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience. Earn home weekends for 48 hours with no-touch dry van freight. Top earners average $1,620–$2,020 per week, with strong benefits and bonuses in the industry.

Drivers earn $.67–$.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and sign-on bonuses up to $1,500. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, life insurance, 401K matching, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with two months in Winter Conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb)
• No more than 3 moving violations in CMV in last 3 years; no serious violations in last 3 years
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in last 2 years
• No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in last 12 months; max 2 terminations in last 3 years

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight.
• Drive primarily at night; weekend home time.
• Trucks are modern, well-equipped with amenities.
