Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A drivers with 8 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience. Earn an average of $1,620–$2,020 per week with no-touch freight and weekend home time for a 48-hour reset. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, life, 401K with matching, and more.

Trucks are new Freightliner/Kenworth models with amenities. Night driving required and NY pickups are not included. Carrier emphasizes low turnover by offering bonuses, sign-on up to $1,500, and rider options

Qualifications

• 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with two of those months in Winter Conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb).
• Max 3 CMV moving violations in last 3 years; no more than 2 in last year; no serious violations in last 3 years.
• No DOT preventable accidents in last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months.
• No terminations from driving jobs in last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in last 3 years.
