BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a Weekend Incentive RN, Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for our office. This office provides exceptional medical care to adult and geriatric clients living in their homes in Waltham, Belmont, Watertown, Newton, Needham, and surrounding towns. One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

RN Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

RN Responsibilities:

• Follow care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Make home visits within designated geographic areas.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow doctors' orders accurately and document properly.
• Conduct client assessments as needed.
• Manage cases and coordinate care.
• Document observations and interventions using a tablet.
