Weekend Home Health (Visits) Registered Nurse FLEXIBLE Schedule Options for Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem! Premium Pay and Benefits Offered!!

BAYADA Home Health

has an immediate opening for a Weekend Registered Nurse (must include Saturdays) to perform home health visits in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living and Independent Living) in Wakefield, Woburn, Danvers, and surrounding towns. This role involves providing exceptional medical care to geriatric clients.

Requirements include at least one year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN. Previous Home Health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow care plans tailored to each patient's medical needs.
2. Make visits within designated geographic areas.
3. Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
4. Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical Manager.
5. Follow doctors' orders accurately and document interventions and observations using a tablet.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
