Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the 34100 Sheboygan - Nursing department. Schedule includes Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts with 8am-4pm or 8am-8pm on weekends and a night on-call rotation. Holidays on weekends are worked as needed.

The role offers 24 hours per week and pays $35.50–$53.25 per hour, with benefits eligibility. Licensure and BLS are required, along with a Wisconsin or Illinois driver license.

Formación

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire.
• Driver license issued by the state of Wisconsin, or Illinois.
• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing

Responsabilidades

• Performs all scheduled visits and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments and updates care plans.
• Communicates with physicians and RN Case Manager about treatment plans.
• Provides ongoing assessment and updates to patient care and discharge planning.
• Documents patient records per guidelines.
• Follows policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
