Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide intermittent skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the San Antonio area. The role requires Saturday and Sunday availability and adherence to physician orders within the care plan.

Qualified candidates hold an approved nursing degree, current Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of professional nursing experience. A valid driver license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
