Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled nursing care in the home setting in Arlington, Texas. This role requires Saturday and Sunday work with flexible scheduling within a patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities include administering skilled services per physician orders, educating patients and families, and coordinating care with the health team. A valid RN license, CPR, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
