Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to provide skilled care at the patient’s home in Alabama. You will work Friday through Monday with flexible scheduling and ongoing patient education for families and the care team.

The role requires active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience. You must maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver's license to visit patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
• Must possess a valid state driver license.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
