Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN in Phoenix to provide skilled nursing care, education, and patient support per physician orders and the plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, an active nursing license in the state, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is required; benefits are provided for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
