Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for weekend coverage to administer skilled care to patients at home. You will teach patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and follow physician orders and the established plan of care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, holds a valid RN license in Nevada, has at least one year of nursing experience, and demonstrates basic technology skills including

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
