Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to administer skilled nursing care to patients in the home, teach patients and families, and follow the physician’s orders and the established plan of care. Flexible scheduling includes Saturdays and Sundays.

Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing, licensed in the state, with at least 1 year of licensed professional experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation with a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care (POC).
