Beacon Home Health is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team serving Mt. Juliet, TN and surrounding communities.

The RN provides and directs patient care, conducts initial and ongoing evaluations, and develops the plan of care within state guidelines, ensuring medical necessity and eligibility. You will document care plans, communicate with physicians, patients, and families, and coordinate services across the care continuum while delivering high-quality,

Qualifications

• One year or more of clinical RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state where services are rendered.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals.
• Perform nursing evaluations and develop care plans within state guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes from admit through discharge.
