Job summary

Beacon Home Health in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. You will coordinate care, perform evaluation visits, and develop plans of care for patients in Wilson County and surrounding communities.

This role requires state-appropriate licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with travel to multiple patient residences daily. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance,

• 1 year of clinical RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state where services are rendered.
